Choose Invoice Simple if you want customers to pay online, see when they open an invoice, get automatic reminders and collect signatures, and you're happy to pay $6.99 to $21.99 a month (3, 10 or unlimited invoices a month). Choose QuoteToPaid if you want to make invoices, quotes and estimates for free with no account and no limit, and download them as PDF, Word or Excel to send yourself. QuoteToPaid doesn't take card payments, send reminders or sync across devices yet. Invoice Simple needs an account and a subscription after its 14-day trial.

Yes. Every template and download format is free, with no account and no watermark. An optional Pro plan for syncing and payment links is planned, and the free builder will stay free.
Can QuoteToPaid take payments like Invoice Simple?
No. QuoteToPaid doesn't process payments. You add your payment details (bank transfer, PayPal, a payment link) to the invoice and the customer pays you directly.
Which is better for contractors?
