Your documents stay in your browser

Everything you type into an estimate, quote or invoice, including your business details, logo, customers, addresses and prices, is saved only in your browser's local storage on this device. It is not sent to us or to anyone else. PDFs are created on your device too.

Because of this, your documents won't appear on another phone or computer, and clearing your browser data deletes them. Download a PDF of anything you need to keep.

Anonymous usage analytics (PostHog)

We use PostHog to count page views and simple actions, such as “a PDF was downloaded” or “an estimate was turned into an invoice”, along with the document type, the number of line items and the total. This tells us which features are used. It never includes names, emails, phone numbers, addresses or what you write in your line items.

Session recordings (Microsoft Clarity)

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people move through the site, such as where they click and scroll, so we can fix confusing parts. The document builder is masked in these recordings, so your business, customer and price details are not captured. Clarity may use cookies; see the Microsoft privacy statement.

Pro waitlist (Tally)

If you join the Pro waitlist, the form is hosted by Tally and the email address you enter there is stored by Tally so we can tell you when Pro is ready. Joining is optional, and you can ask us to remove your email at any time.

Email and text

The Email and Text buttons open your own email or messages app with a short message filled in. Nothing is sent until you send it yourself.
