Using QuoteToPaid

QuoteToPaid is a free tool for making invoices, quotes and estimates in your browser. You can use it for personal or business documents, as often as you like. You may not use it to make documents that are false, misleading or intended to defraud anyone.

Your documents are yours

Everything you type, upload or download belongs to you. Your documents are created and saved on your own device; we don't receive or store them. Because of that, we can't recover a document if your browser data is cleared, so download a copy of anything you need to keep.

Check your documents

The templates calculate totals, tax and balances from what you enter, but you are responsible for the content of your documents, including prices, tax rates, legal wording and anything your local rules require on an invoice. QuoteToPaid isn't legal, tax or accounting advice.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. We try to keep it working and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we aren't liable for losses that come from using it, to the extent the law allows.

Templates and fonts

You may use the template designs for your own documents. Please don't resell or redistribute the templates themselves as a product. The fonts used in the templates are open-source fonts licensed under the SIL Open Font License.

We may update these terms as the product grows. The date below shows the latest version.
